- SANAD provides healthcare coordination and case management services
- We connect patients with licensed healthcare providers
- All medical advice comes from qualified, licensed professionals
- SANAD does not provide direct medical treatment
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete medical information
- Follow prescribed treatments and attend scheduled appointments
- Notify us immediately of any changes in your condition
- Respect healthcare providers and SANAD staff
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Payment is due in advance for the billing period
- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription
- Additional fees may apply for specialized services
Privacy & Confidentiality
- All medical information is kept strictly confidential
- Data is shared only with authorized healthcare providers

- You control who has access to your medical information
Limitation of Liability
- SANAD is not liable for medical outcomes or provider decisions
- Emergency situations require immediate medical attention, not platform consultation
- Platform availability is subject to maintenance and technical issues
- Users are responsible for following medical advice from providers

- SANAD platform and content are protected by intellectual property laws
- Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission

- Provider profiles and ratings are proprietary to SANAD
